Returns and Refunds
At Drapes n Divas, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not fit perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free returns and refunds policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
7-Day Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of reciept of the product to initiate a return. Please note that the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags intact. Return will be accepted only if a damaged or wrong product is recieved. On the basis of personal likes or dislikes or colour difference due to digital photography no return will be accepted.
Easy Return Process:In case you wish to return the product ,please send us an email request withyour order number on vandana@drapesndivas.com stating the return reson within 7 days from the date of reciept of product. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
Refund Options: Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we also offer the option to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website and is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions on how to proceed.
International Returns: For international returns, please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
